Malai Kofta is a curry dish with fried kofta and a
creamy gravy. Malai Kofta is originated in India. The main ingredients required
for the preparations of Malai Kofta are Paneer and Potatoes.Here we go.

Malai Kofta:-
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
250 grams Paneer(chopped)
1 cup chopped coriander
3 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp finely chopped cashews
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger paste
salt as required

Remaining
Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cup tomatoes
1 cup onions
2-3 tbsp fresh cream
10 cashews
6-7 cardamom
5 cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
oil
salt as required
Instructions:-
Take a pan and add 150 ml of water and boil tomatoes, onions, cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, cashews. Turn off the stove when tomatoes become soft and onions become little fry and keep aside to cool. After that blend the mixture properly.
Add ginger garlic paste and again cook for 3-5 mins.
Take a pan with some oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger garlic paste and saute for 3-5 mins. Later add the mixture to the pan and also add garam masala, chili powder, sugar and salt as required and saute for 5 mins.

the pan and cook for 4-5 mins and then add water, cover the pan and cook until
the gravy thickens. As the gravy thickens add cream and cook for 2-3 and keep
aside.
Now for the Kofta take a bowl and add corn flour, chopped paneer, ginger paste, cashews, garam masala, coriander, and salt as required. Mix it well and make a normal sized ball. Deep fry the balls in oil until the becomes golden brown and crispy.
Then take a gravy and add balls to the gravy along with some cream.
Garnish with cashew pieces, coriander leaves, and at last sprinkle some cheese. And serve.
