Ingredients:-

cup wheat flour
1/4 cup gram flour
3/4
cup flour
1
finely chopped onion

ml tomato puree
1
1/2 cup cheese
1/2
tbsp Garam masala
1
tbsp chili powder
3/4
tbsp chat masala
oil
salt
as required
Instructions:-
Take a large bowl and add flour, wheat
flour, gram flour, tomato puree, half
of chili powder, garam masala, 2 tbsp oil, salt as required, and slowly add
water to knead a dough.
Take a bowl and add chopped tomatoes, 1
tbsp wheat flour, cheese, paneer, chaat masala, chili powder, salt and mix it
well.Then make normal sized balls of dough and spread it little for stuffing.
Stuff little mixture in spread dough and seal the edges well and make a round
ball. And set aside for 5 mins.
Then take a flat pan and heat it. Make the
dough a flat parantha by rolling. Continue cooking until it cooked from both
sides. Serve with sauce or chutney.
