Ingredients:-
1 tbsp finely chopped serrano chilies
3/4 cup finely chopped tomato
tbsp shrimp
paste
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3-4 curry leaves
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp lime juice
2-3 tbsp tamarind juice
lemongrass
oil
salt an sugar as required
Instructions:-
Take serrano chilies, tomato, shrimp paste, onion,
garlic paste, lime juice, salt, and sugar in a skillet and blend until it
becomes smooth.
Take a pan and heat oil in it and add some chili
with curry leaves and lemongrass. Cook for 15 mins.
At last, add tamarind juice and cook for 1-2 mins
and serve hot. Serve.
