Marinara Sauce


Marinara sauce originated in Italy. It is generally made up of tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, etc.
Total time:- 45 mins
Ingredients:- 
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
1-2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 1/2 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp black pepper
125 ml red wine
olive oil
salt as required
Instructions:-
Heat the olive oil in a pan then add onions and saute for 10 mins on low heat. After 10 mins add Garlic and again cook for 1-2 mins. Not more than that. 
Now increase the heat and add Red wine. Cook for nearly 3-5 mins. Add crushed tomatoes, black pepper, parsley, and salt as required. Cover and cook for 15 mins and then your Marinara Sauce is ready to serve.
