Ingredients:-
2 cup
rice(75% cooked)
1 cup green onion(chopped)
2-3 capsicum( chopped)
1 cup carrots( chopped)
1 1/2 cup cabbage( chopped)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
oil
salt as required
Instructions:-
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Firstly add ginger garlic paste to it and saute
well for 2-3 mins. Then add chopped onion, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and let
them cook for 1-2 mins. And now add vinegar, soy sauce, and also salt as
required. Mix it well.
Then take cooked rice and add to the pan with mixture and mix them properly.
The rice must be cooked only 75%. After mixing rice with the mixture, remove
from pan and serve hot.
