Ingredients:-
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 finely chopped onion
finely chopped spring onion
finely chopped 2 garlic clove
finely chopped 1/2 cup cabbage
finely chopped 5 beans
finely chopped 1/2 capsicum
finely chopped carrot
finely chopped ginger
water as required or 2 cups approximately
2 tbsp chili sauce
salt to taste
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 1/2 cup fried noodles
3 tbsp cornstarch
Procedure:-
Take a bottomed tawa and add oil with finely chopped spring onion and onion. Then add finely chopped garlic, ginger cabbage, beans, and carrot. Saute it well for nearly 1-2 mins. Then add finely chopped capsicum and saute it for 1 min. Later add 2 cups of water and boil it well till veggies get cooked. Veggies must be crunchy. Add 2 tbsp of chili and salt and boil for 1-2 mins. Then add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and vinegar and cornstarch with a little amount of water. Stir it well. At last add black pepper. Finally, serve the soup in a decorative bowl with toppings of fried noodles.
