Chakalaka

     Chakalaka is originated in South Africa. The main ingredients required for the preparation of chakalaka are tomatoes, beans, onions, and many other spices
     We serve this dish hot as well as cold. This is the specialty of this dish. Here we go for the recipe of Chakalaka.


Total time:- 40-45 mins
Ingredients:-
4 finely chopped tomatoes
3 finely chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
450 gm baked beans
3-4 bell peppers
3-4 finely chopped hot chili peppers
1/2 tbsp black pepper
salt as required
Instructions:-
     Take a pan and heat a oil in it. Add ginger garlic paste, onions, hot chili peppers, bell peppers and saute for 5 mins.
     Then add finely chopped tomatoes to the pan and saute nearly for 5 mins until the tomatoes get cooked well. Later add salt and pepper to the flavour along with baked beans. Remove from pan and serve.

Veg Fried Rice




Total time:- 35 mins

Ingredients:-
2 cup rice(75% cooked)
1 cup green onion(chopped)
2-3 capsicum( chopped)
1 cup carrots( chopped)
1 1/2 cup cabbage( chopped)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
oil
salt as required



Instructions:-
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Firstly add ginger garlic paste to it and saute well for 2-3 mins. Then add chopped onion, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and let them cook for 1-2 mins. And now add vinegar, soy sauce, and also salt as required. Mix it well. 
Then take cooked rice and add to the pan with mixture and mix them properly. The rice must be cooked only 75%. After mixing rice with the mixture, remove from pan and serve hot.

Chocolate pizza

Total time:- 45-50 mins
Ingredients:-
1 Pizza base
3 tbsp white choco chips
4 tbsp choco chips
1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut(spread)
3 tbsp hazelnut(chopped)
3 tbsp butter
Instructions:-
     The procedure for the preparations of the pizza is given in my second blog(Address: ).
Lightly apply the butter to the pizza base. Then bake the pizza for 15-20 mins or until it gets golden brown in color and crispy.
    Then spread the hazelnut spread all over the Pizza base. Later take white chocolate chips and brown chocolate chips in a bowl and sprinkle on Pizza base. Bake the Pizza until the chocolate melts and finally sprinkle the chopped hazelnut all over the Pizza. Serve.

Sambal Sauce

Total time:- 40-45 mins
Ingredients:-
1 tbsp finely chopped serrano chilies
3/4 cup finely chopped tomato
 tbsp shrimp paste
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3-4 curry leaves
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp lime juice
2-3 tbsp tamarind juice
lemongrass
oil
salt an sugar as required
Instructions:-
Take serrano chilies, tomato, shrimp paste, onion, garlic paste, lime juice, salt, and sugar in a skillet and blend until it becomes smooth.
Take a pan and heat oil in it and add some chili with curry leaves and lemongrass. Cook for 15 mins.
At last, add tamarind juice and cook for 1-2 mins and serve hot. Serve.

Banana Chips

Total time:- 45 mins
Ingredients:-
4 raw Bananas
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
oil
salt as required
Instructions:-
Firstly remove the banana skin and then cut the bananas by its ends. Take a frying pan and heat oil in it over medium heat and add the sliced bananas in oil. Fry for 1-2 mins.
Take a cup of water and add turmeric and salt into it. Later add two spoonfuls of water in oil. Be careful while adding water to the oil. Keep flipping chips until it gets crisp.
Then drain the chips on a paper towel and set aside to cool. Serve with sauce.

Paneer Cheese Parantha

Total time:- 20-25 mins
Ingredients:-
2 cup wheat flour
 1/4 cup gram flour
3/4 cup flour
1 finely chopped onion
150 ml tomato puree
1 1/2 cup cheese
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp chili powder
3/4 tbsp chat masala
oil
salt as required
Instructions:-
    Take a large bowl and add flour, wheat flour, gram flour, tomato puree,   half of chili powder, garam masala, 2 tbsp oil, salt as required, and slowly add water to knead a dough.
    Take a bowl and add chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp wheat flour, cheese, paneer, chaat masala, chili powder, salt and mix it well.Then make normal sized balls of dough and spread it little for stuffing. Stuff little mixture in spread dough and seal the edges well and make a round ball. And set aside for 5 mins.
    Then take a flat pan and heat it. Make the dough a flat parantha by rolling. Continue cooking until it cooked from both sides. Serve with sauce or chutney.

French Fries

French Fries is all about potatoes. The main ingredient in French fries is potatoes along with spices and sauce. Here we go.

Total time:- 60 mins




Ingredients:-
2 potatoes cut into strips
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
salt as required
Instructions:-
Take a large bowl and soak the striped potatoes for 30-35 mins. After 30 mins remove from water and wiped out with the help of a paper towel. Take a pan, add oil and heat at a high temperature. Carefully add the striped potatoes in oil. Keep flipping the potatoes in oil at a certain interval. Fry for 4-5 mins and after that remove potatoes from oil and let them cool.
After cooling, again fry the same potatoes in oil until potatoes become crispy and golden brown. The temperature of oil must be more than the previous temperature. Remove from oil and sprinkle chaat masala and salt and serve.

Malai Kofta

Malai Kofta is a curry dish with fried kofta and a creamy gravy. Malai Kofta is originated in India. The main ingredients required for the preparations of Malai Kofta are Paneer and Potatoes.Here we go.

Total time:- 60 mins
Ingredients:-
For Kofta of Malai Kofta:-
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
250 grams Paneer(chopped)
1 cup chopped coriander
3 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp finely chopped cashews
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger paste
salt as required
oil
Remaining Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cup tomatoes
1 cup onions
2-3 tbsp fresh cream
10 cashews

6-7 cardamom
5 cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
oil
salt as required
Instructions:-
     Take a pan and add 150 ml of water and boil tomatoes, onions, cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, cashews. Turn off the stove when tomatoes become soft and onions become little fry and keep aside to cool. After that blend the mixture properly.
     Add ginger garlic paste and again cook for 3-5 mins.
Take a pan with some oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger garlic paste and saute for 3-5 mins. Later add the mixture to the pan and also add garam masala, chili powder, sugar and salt as required and saute for 5 mins.

     Then cover the pan and cook for 4-5 mins and then add water, cover the pan and cook until the gravy thickens. As the gravy thickens add cream and cook for 2-3 and keep aside.
     Now for the Kofta take a bowl and add corn flour, chopped paneer, ginger paste, cashews, garam masala, coriander, and salt as required. Mix it well and make a normal sized ball. Deep fry the balls in oil until the becomes golden brown and crispy.
     Then take a gravy and add balls to the gravy along with some cream.
     Garnish with cashew pieces, coriander leaves, and at last sprinkle some cheese. And serve.

Spicy Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Total time:- 5-10 mins
Ingredients:-
4 pieces of bread
2 cheese slices
1/2 sliced onion
1 sliced tomato
3 tbsp butter
sliced pepper
Instructions:-
     Apply butter on one side of two bread slices. Take a skillet and heat it. Then take bread slices and place it in skillet. The buttered side must be down in the skillet. Place a slice of cheese on bread and also place slices of onion, tomato, and pepper.

     Place the bread pieces on each other in such a way that the outer side is buttered. As the outer, buttered side is brown take sandwich out of the skillet. And serve hot.

Cheesy Stuffed Pepper Casserole.

Total time:- 45-50 mins


Ingredients:-
15 ounces chopped tomatoes
11 ounces tomato soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 beef broth
1 cup rice(uncooked)
1 1/2 cup Mexican cheese
1/2 tbsp Garlic powder 
1/2 tbsp black pepper
salt as required


Instructions:-
Preheat oven to 350  degrees. Then take an oven skillet and add ground beef, pepper, onions, garlic powder, salt as required. Cook for 8-10 mins. Drain. Sprinkle pepper and cook for 5 mins. Later add beef broth, rice, tomato soup, chopped soup and mix it well. Boil the mixture. Keep stirring occasionally and cook for about 20-25 mins until rice is cooked. Remove the mixture from heat and stir well. Then spread cheese and again keep in an oven. Bake for nearly 10 mins or until cheese gets melted. Remove from oven. Keep aside to cool for nearly 10 mins and then serve.

Cheesy Grilled Potato Packets.

Cheesy Grilled Potato Packets is a dish used as a starter or also as snacks. The main ingredients in Cheesy Grilled Potato Packets are potatoes, cheese and bacon. Also some spices.Here we go.


Total time:- 60 mins
Ingredients:- 
7-8 red Potatoes(cut into wedges)
1 1/2 cup cheese or as required
3/4 cup finely chopped bacon
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp pepper
salt as required
Instructions:-
Take a large bowl and add potatoes, onions, bacon, pepper, and salt as required. Take a foil and make it double in thickness. Gently apply butter over it. Take the mixture over the foil and seal it tightly. Grill it over medium heat for 40-45 mins. Gently open the foil and sprinkle the cheese as required. Again grill it until the cheese is melted.
Serve.

Latkes.


Latkes are a potato Pancakes made up of potatoes.
The main ingredients are potatoes, onion, egg, flour, cheese, etc.








Total time:- 45 mins
Ingredients:-
7-8 peeled potatoes(mashed)
1/2 cup onions(chopped)
2-3 tbsp flour
2 eggs
black pepper as required
salt as required
oil




Instructions:-
     Take a mashed potatoes in a cheesecloth and remove all the moisture by twisting the cheesecloth. Then take a large bowl and mix moisture removed potatoes, eggs, pepper, chopped onions and salt as required. 
     Later pour vegetable oil into a pan for deep frying. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and drop it into hot oil and fry until it becomes brown and crispy. Drain the latkes on paper towel. 

     Serve it.

Marinara Sauce


Marinara sauce originated in Italy. It is generally made up of tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, etc.
Total time:- 45 mins
Ingredients:- 
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
1-2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 1/2 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp black pepper
125 ml red wine
olive oil
salt as required
Instructions:-
Heat the olive oil in a pan then add onions and saute for 10 mins on low heat. After 10 mins add Garlic and again cook for 1-2 mins. Not more than that. 
Now increase the heat and add Red wine. Cook for nearly 3-5 mins. Add crushed tomatoes, black pepper, parsley, and salt as required. Cover and cook for 15 mins and then your Marinara Sauce is ready to serve.

Paneer 65

Paneer 65 is a type of snacks. It is an India dish. Very easy to cook.

Total time:- 20-25 mins
Ingredients:- 

Paneer 250gm
oil
1 tbsp yogurt
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tbsp Black pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
pinch of Cooking soda
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp Lemon juice
salt as required


Instructions:-

First, cut the Paneer in stips and soak strips in hot water for 20mins. Drain and keep aside in a bowl. Take half of the content of Ginger Garlic paste, Garam masala, and Chili powder as given in ingredients and add in Paneer strips bowl. Also, add black pepper, lemon juice, and salt to taste and leave for marination for 10 mins. 
Take flour, Cornflour, remaining Garam masala and chili powder, curd, salt as required, and very cold ice water. Make a paste in such a way that it should cover the Paneer strips fully. Later add a tbsp of flour on marinated Paneer strips and mix evenly. Then coat marinated Paneer strips with paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add the coated Paneer strips in oil. Let them fry until it becomes golden and crispy. Drain in paper towel and sprinkle with chaat masala after a few mins. And serve it.

Capricciosa Pizza

Capricciosa Pizza is an Italian Pizza. The main toppings are mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Basil leaves, San Marzano tomatoes, whole pitted olives(black), artichoke hearts, cremini mushrooms, prosciutto cotto. Here we go.

Ingredients:- 
1 cup mozzarella cheese chopped
2-3 basil leaves
1/2 cup blended San Marzano tomatoes
7-8 whole pitted olives(black)
6-7 artichoke hearts
Parmesan
1-2 slices prosciutto cotto
2-3 sliced cremini mushrooms
Olive oil
Instructions:-
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Take a Pizza base and spread blended San Marzano tomatoes all over the Pizza base. Thoroughly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the Pizza base. Top the Pizza base with toppings of artichoke hearts, mushrooms, olives, prosciutto cotto and basil leaves. At last sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and apply little olive oil. Cook for 15-20 mins until the cheese gets melts completely. Serve hot.

Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani.

Biryani a very famous dish all over the world. It is a rice dish made with ingredients such as Rice, Spices, Egg, Chicken, Mutton, Dry fruits, etc. There is a huge variety of Biryani and some of them are Tehari, Beef Biryani. Varieties related to the Indian subcontinent are Hyderabadi Biryani, Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, Sindhi biryani, Delhi Biryani, Nellore Biryani, Kutchi Biryani, etc. In this post, we are going to see the recipe Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani.
Total time:- 1hr 30min.

Ingredients:-
1 kg Chicken 
1 1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup coriander leaves
1 cup mint leaves
3-4 onions sliced
2 1/2 potatoes(peeled and cubed)
1-2 tbsp Garam masala powder
2 1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
2 chopped green chilies
3-4 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
4-5 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp rose essence
saffron
4 tbsp milk
3 tbsp butter

Ingredients for Rice:-
1/2 kg long Basmati Rice
1 tbsp pepper
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
Cloves
Cumin seeds
Cardamom powder
Water as required
Salt


Procedure:-
Firstly heat oil in the pan and fry the onions till it becomes golden then drain and keep aside on tissue paper after that fry cubed potatoes till it becomes golden brown, drain and keep aside on tissue paper.
Now for marination take a chicken in the bowl and add yogurt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder, chopped green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, 1 cup onion fried oil, 1/2 of fried onions, and salt as required. Mix all the ingredients with chicken and kept as it is for marination for 1 hour. 
Now moving towards rice, first take washed Basmati rice and soak for nearly 30 mins. Take water to boil and add pepper, cumin seeds, cardamom powder, cloves, cinnamon sticks. Once it boils add rice and cook till it is 70%-75% cooked. Drain.
 Now in another pan add chicken and then cooked rice on it. Top it with fried onions, potatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, rose essence, milk, butter, saffron. Place lead over the pan and close it tightly. Cook for nearly 45 mins on the very low heat. Remove from heat and place aside for 15-20 mins. Later mix it well. Mix it well. Serve.

Vegetarian Nargisi Kofta

Total time:- 1 hour(approx)

Ingredients:-
1 Bread slice
oil
250 gm Paneer
red chili powder as required 
finely chopped green chilies
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
Kofta besan
Lemon juice
Salt


Procedure:-
Take the bread slice and paneer together and blend it together in a blender till it becomes smooth. Add chili powder and salt as required.
Form two balls by mixing mashed potato, green chilies, lemon juice, turmeric powder and a little salt together. Take two pieces of paneer. Make it flat round. Place the ball between two flat round piece of paneer and merge it to make round. Cover it completely with besan. 
Then heat oil in a pan and fry the balls deeply in oil. Cut it in two parts. Serve it.

Veg Manchow soup

Total time:- 25 mins


Ingredients:-
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 finely chopped onion
finely chopped spring onion
finely chopped 2 garlic clove
finely chopped 1/2 cup cabbage
finely chopped 5 beans
finely chopped 1/2 capsicum
finely chopped carrot
finely chopped ginger 
water as required or 2 cups approximately
2 tbsp chili sauce
salt to taste
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 1/2 cup fried noodles
3 tbsp cornstarch



Procedure:-
Take a bottomed tawa and add oil with finely chopped spring onion and onion. Then add finely chopped garlic, ginger cabbage, beans, and carrot. Saute it well for nearly 1-2 mins. Then add finely chopped capsicum and saute it for 1 min. Later add 2 cups of water and boil it well till veggies get cooked. Veggies must be crunchy. Add 2 tbsp of chili and salt and boil for 1-2 mins. Then add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and vinegar and cornstarch with a little amount of water. Stir it well. At last add black pepper. Finally, serve the soup in a decorative bowl with toppings of fried noodles.

Fettuccine Alfredo.

Total time:- 25 mins
Ingredients:-
20 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
1 dash garlic salt
1 cup butter
pepper to taste
2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated Romano cheese
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup lemon juice and 2 tbsp lemon zest




Procedure:-
Cook the pasta in a boiling salted water for 4 mins. Keep stirring at a certain interval. Drain it. Blend 2 cups of cream and lemon juice. Later add butter and cook it well for nearly 3 mins until butter gets melts.  Remove from heat and add pasta to it and toss it properly. Add remaining cup of cream, parmesan cheese, and romano cheese. Also, add lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Toss the pasta for 1 min. Serve it.

First recipe- Mushroom Pizza

Pizza is an Italian dish. It consists of flatbread with toppings of sauce, vegetables, cheese, meats, etc. Pizza is one of the of the most popular foods in the world. The main requirements for pizza are pizza base, cheese which is commonly Mozzarella cheese, vegetables, sauce. We can't imagine pizza without cheese. There is an abundant variety of pizza in the world.
And our first recipe is for Mushroom Pizza.
Here we go.......

Total cook time- 1 hr 15 mins

INGREDIENTS:-

For Pizza base:
500g flour
330g water
10g salt
3g dry yeast
3-5 g sugar
For Pizza sauce:
3 cup tomato(finely chopped)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp rosemary
4 tbsp onions
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
For toppings:
Mushrooms
sweet corn kernels
mozzarella cheese

PROCEDURE:-

For dough:
Take water and sugar in the bowl and add the yeast. Allow yeast for 10 mins. Then add flour and salt to it. Mix it well with the help of a mixer.
Remove the dough from the bowl and form it into a ball. Gently apply olive oil on the dough and kept it in another bowl. Rest it, until it gets double in size.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees and bake dough at 500 degrees for about   10-12 mins.
Later your Pizza base is ready.
For Pizza sauce:
Saute the garlic and onion with olive oil in a pan. Then add chopped tomato, rosemary, salt. Cook it well until it gets thick. Later add some sugar and pepper.
Now take the pizza bases, apply pizza sauce all over the base. Top it with mushrooms, sweet corn kernels, and mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the oven till the cheese melts.
And your Mushroom Pizza is ready.
Serve it.
